How much does therapy cost?

I charge $175 per 50-minute session for individuals and $200 for couples, polycules and families. I use Ivy Pay—a HIPAA-compliant payment platform. I can accept debit cards, credit cards, FSA, and HSA. Payment is due at time of service.

Do you take insurance? 

I am considered an out of network provider. Please reach out to your insurance company directly to inquire about your out of network benefits. I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit for potential out of network reimbursement.

Is it in person or on zoom?

I currently have virtual and in-person sessions available Monday through Friday. I have two office spaces, one is in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco, and the other near downtown Oakland.

How often is therapy?

I see clients on a weekly basis with the option to transition to biweekly sessions when/if we agree that a different cadence of therapy would be beneficial. My policy requires commitment to weekly therapy with a few holidays and weeks off per year. I offer a generous reschedule policy if you need to find another day/time for your session.
